"He had everyone in stitches. He was pretending Scooter was setting up a sequel to 'Never Say Never.'"

"My name has to be on the poster," Bieber demanded in his bit about Braun. "... and we're calling it 'Never Say Never Ever.'"

The film, a 3-D concert flick that charts Bieber's rise to fame, netted almost $75 million in domestic box office and further solidified Bieber Fever.

Following the jab-fest, emceed by Usher, a party ensued that naturally featured the talents of Braun's clients and friends.

Bieber was joined onstage by Jaden Smith, son of Will and Jada, and the duo belted their hit "Never Say Never," followed by Bieber's single "Baby." It didn't take long for Usher to offer up "OMG" and "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love."

Bieber surprised Braun by booking MC Hammer to throw down tracks like "Too Legit to Quit." Braun's pal and "The Voice" judge Adam Levine got inspired to climb up on stage and sing the Maroon 5 hit "This Love" -- pulling Braun up with him and making him dance. Asher Roth, another Braun client, performed his single "I Love College."

Celeb revelers included basketballer Jay Williams, singer Mary J. Blige with husband Kendu Isaacs, Rita Wilson with son Chester (or Chet, as his hip-hop persona is called), Madonna's manager Guy Oseary and reality personality Kim Kardashian.

RELATED:

Justin Bieber debuts Jesus tattoo in Hawaii with Selena Gomez

Sightings: Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez share a slice; Tom Felton shops

Justin Bieber gives Selena Gomez a very public kiss at Billboard Music Awards

-- Matt Donnelly
twitter.com/MattDonnelly

Photos: Right, Justin Bieber shows some birthday love to manager Scooter Braun.
